  • How does pricing work?

    Our minimum contract length is 12 months, and you can choose to pay this on a monthly basis, or receive a discounted price when you sign-up to annual billing

  • Do you charge a platform fee?

    Unlike our competitors who charge both a set-up fee and platform fee, we only charge a set-up fee. We also appoint you with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to handle all of your technical set-up in addition to your ongoing CSM.

  • Do you need to pay for Jiminny to listen to calls?

    Good news - you don’t! With Jiminny, we offer insight seats, which are free user licences for colleagues that don’t need to record calls (such as members of the Marketing team, Product team or otherwise), but would benefit from listening back to client/prospect calls and staying in touch with the customer voice. Here are more ways your business and teams can benefit from Jiminny’s insight seats.

  • Will everyone be able to access my call recordings?

    Call recording may sound like some form of micromanagement, but in most cases, it’s the complete opposite. Jiminny was designed to empower teams to coach themselves and each other in addition to receiving coaching from leadership, and our customers have found that introducing Jiminny has led to a happier, healthier feedback culture. We believe transparency and open communication is key to creating a high performing team, and Jiminny is the tool that helps you achieve just that.

  • How secure is Jiminny?

    We understand the sensitive nature of conversation data, which is why we take security extremely seriously. We use enterprise-grade 256-bit AES technology to safely encrypt and decrypt all data transferred to and from the Jiminny platform, are subject to frequent external security audits and are fully GDPR compliant.

  • Do you have an EU data centre?

    Yes! We operate both US and EU data centres.

  • Do you need to have CRM access to use Jiminny?

    Not at all - although many of our customers use Jiminny to sync their call activity to their chosen CRM through Sidekick, you can still reap all the rewards of conversation intelligence, call recording and sales coaching without connecting Jiminny to a CRM.

  • How long does set-up take?

    You only need one 45-minute session with your Onboarding Specialist to cover your technical set-up - we’ll do the rest for you.
